The Commonwealth of Massachusetts COVID-19 Command Center is working with COVID-19 Long-Term Care Facilities (LTC) to recruit and hire health and human services professionals to care for COVID-19 patients.

Who are we looking for?

Graduate from a registered nursing program approved by the Board of Registration in Nursing, and senior nursing students who are attending the last semester of a Board-approved registered nursing program are authorized to practice nursing and are exempt from the prohibitions against
unlicensed nursing practice and are eligible to apply.

RN or LPN Students
Graduate from a registered nursing program approved by the Board of Registration in Nursing, and senior nursing students who are attending the last semester of a Board-approved registered nursing program are authorized to practice nursing and are exempt from the prohibitions against unlicensed nursing practice and are eligible to apply

CNA Students
CNA students of a Massachusetts Department of Public Health approved certified nurse aide program and are awaiting testing are eligible to apply Home health aides, supportive home care aides, medical assistants, community health workers are encouraged to apply as a patient care
technician

LTC SigningBonus: If you registered in the LTC Portal and were hired by a long-term care facility, there is a $1,000 signing bonus for working in a long-term care facility for a minimum of 128 hours in the 30 days after hiring.
