Develop your compassion, communication, problem-solving, and caretaking skills through a combination of engaging online learning and real-world application with hands-on experience in group home settings. Gain valuable experience with ongoing support from seasoned professionals, building meaningful relationships with individuals in a caring and collaborative environment.
The 14-week FREE training includes:
- Start dates in January 2025, May 2025 and September 2025
- Engaging online learning
- Hands-on experience in group home settings
- Small stipend
- Possibility of full-time employment upon successful completion of the training
Eligibility:
- Authorized to work in the USA
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Unemployed or underemployed
- Massachusetts resident
- Valid driver’s license with access to transportation
