From Résumé to Offer: A Hiring Manager’s Perspective

Who makes the final decision in the hiring process? It’s not the agency recruiter, or the internal recruiter, or HR. It’s the hiring manager. That’s why we’re excited to have Brian O’Keefe as this month’s guest speaker. He will talk about his expectations in a candidate; how they write a resume, interview, and follow up with him. Brian is an executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology services. He produces exceptional results for both internal and external clients in US Defense market. His areas of specialization include program management, enterprise cyber operations, strategic planning, growth, personnel management, CxO level engagement, and service delivery management. Brian is a military Veteran and volunteers to conduct mock interviews with other Veterans or their spouses.
