English Language Training & Job Search Assistance
- 120 hours of English training: 60 hours of beginner lessons/60 hours of intermediate
- Classes conducted at Middlesex Community College in Lowell
- Intensive Career Readiness and Job Search Assistance
- Digital Literacy: Computer Basics, Keyboarding, File Management, Internet Browsing
- Starting October 13, 2026: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 9:00 am – 11:30 am
ELIGIBILITY:
- Previously lived in an emergency shelter or in a family with at least one child or dependent under the age of 21
- Massachusetts resident
- Valid work authorization for one year
- Unemployed or Underemployed
- Have basic English proficiency
- Willingness to work full-time on completion
- Able to attend in-person class sessions
