Negotiating salary and benefits is about earning what you’re worth. Often times job seekers think they need to accept the salary companies offer. Guess what, companies expect you to negotiate. However to negotiate you have to prove your worth. Why should the company pay you more salary and better benefits? It’s about selling yourself.
