Are you looking to increase your skills and add a certificate to your resume? Eligible Lowell residents can participate in online or instructor-led lessons, complete exams, and earn a certificate in one of the following areas:
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certfication (MOS)
The Microsoft Office Specialist Program provides industry-leading assessments of skills and knowledge through project-based testing, giving students and professionals real-world exercises to appraise their understanding of Microsoft Office. This guarantees that every certified user can prove they have the ability to command the full features and functionality of Microsoft Office, preparing them for future academic or workforce opportunities. In the US over 1.17 million jobs request Microsoft Office skills. With a MOS certification you can prove you have the skills to be more effective and productive as well as have a higher work quality.
- IC3 Digital Literacy Certification
Technology has become a part of our everyday lives, and understanding how to function in environments that require the use of computers and the Internet is more critical now than ever before. So, whether you plan to pursue a career in IT, or simply become more effective with technology, IC3 Digital Literacy Certification is the place to start.
- Intuit QuickBooks Certification
Differentiate your school’s business, accounting, finance and entrepreneurship programs with the Intuit QuickBooks Certified User and Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional exams. The Intuit QuickBooks Certified User exam allows students to validate their knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks and show proficiency in computing skills.
This program is eligible to residents of Lowell only.
