Responsible for professional work in the valuation for assessment of real and personal property for tax purposes for the City of Lowell. Creating and maintaining real estate and personal property cards after cyclical and site views. Assist in city-wide in-house cyclical data updates. Performs skilled routine to complex work involved in examining all types of real property to Mass Appraisal Standards using technical judgement and knowledge of state and local laws.
