Performs duties in the construction, maintenance and operation of water systems and distribution systems throughout the city.

This position will serve as the MIS Director in charge of Operations within MIS. Under the general direction of the CIO or Deputy CIO, the Operations MIS Director will lead the efforts to successfully deliver operational services within the City of Lowell. Operational services include the implementation, integration and maintenance of computer systems (Cloud/Hybrid/On-Premise), software, backup, voice and data networks and connectivity to meet the operational, management, and reporting requirements of the City.
