Visiting & Parking
We strongly encourage all customers to park in the Joseph M. Downes Garage at 75 John Street, located one block from the Career Center.
All metered parking in the downtown area is time-limited to 2 hours before the vehicle must be moved from that parking spot. Metered parking is strictly enforced.

Public Transportation
MassHire Lowell Career Center is located on the Lowell Regional Transit Authority’s bus line.
The Downtown Shuttle bus stop is directly in front of the Career Center at 107 Merrimack Street (Merrimack St. & John St. stop.)
