Online Guest Speaker Event

In today’s evolving job market, many professionals are discovering that what worked in the past may no longer be sustainable. Not only has job search strategy evolved, but we are in an era where the skills in demand are rapidly evolving, particularly in knowledge work, driven by the rise of AI and automation
You may find yourself facing the possibility of changing careers or transitioning to a new industry.

Our guest speaker, Kelli Hrvinak, brings a unique perspective to this conversation. As a recruiter in the tech and digital marketing space, she has witnessed these shifts firsthand—and navigated them herself. After seven years at an executive search firm, she transitioned to self-employment a decade ago, specializing in recruitment and sourcing strategies to help hiring managers scale their teams.

Join us for an honest and insightful discussion about career change—why it may be necessary, how to approach it, and what opportunities may lie on the other side.
Kelli Hrivnak, founder of Knak Digital, brings over 17 years of expertise in talent advisement and executive search, specializing in tech and marketing roles across diverse industries.
