The MassHealth Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program helps consumers who need support with activities of daily living (e.g., walking, bathing, etc.) to live independently in their homes. Through the Mass PCA Directory job seekers are matched to consumer-employers in need of services.
- PCA job suits many schedules, full and part-time options.
- Age friendly jobs for teens to older adults.
- Learn on-the-job, experience as a PCA is not required to get hired.
- Paid time to complete 4-hour New Hire Orientation.
- Work for Family & Friends enrolled in MassHealth PCA program, restrictions apply.
- Access FREE Skills Training once hired (CPR, First Aid, ESOL, and more).
- Great Benefits, including up to 50 hours paid time off.
- Access FREE College Courses after one year, full or part-time work.
- Access FREE CNA certificate program after one year, full or part-time work.
