Front-Line Staff Feedback Session
The Workforce System Modernization Committee is seeking feedback from frontline staff in the MassHire career system. This feedback will be used during the development of a modern and efficient system for supporting customers in the future.
These sessions will:
- Ask frontline staff to identify workflows or tasks that are performed while assisting job seekers.
- Ranking workflows in their importance to achieving a successful result.
Who is welcome?
- Any frontline staff in the MassHire system that interacts directly with job seekers. Staff registering will receive an invite to the meeting.
Length:
- Scheduled for one hour
